I started this portal in January 2009 after coming back from a 3 month trip around the Philippines. I had been to the Philippines several times before that, and it is now my favourite place to go for vecation. There does not seem to be that many websites with information for travellers to the Philippines, and I believe the the number of people travelling to the Philippines will only increase in the coming years, so I decided to start this web portal to share my experiences from the Philippines as well as posting travel guides and other usefull information.
I hope people who visit this site will find the information here usefull, visit often, and share their experiences and advice in form of comments or forum posts. I also hope many of you will sign up to the newsletter to receive news, tips and updates on travelling in the Philippines once a month.
